GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

2. Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements concluded via this webshop with consumers within the European Union.

By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.

3. Products & Customization

• The products offered are furniture produced to order.
• Products are manufactured according to the chosen model, dimensions, and specifications.
• Images are for illustration purposes; color and material differences may occur.
• Small deviations in dimensions (±1–2 cm) are technically permissible for production.

4. Prices

• All prices include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
• Any delivery costs will be clearly displayed before completing the order.
• Price changes do not affect already confirmed orders.

5. Payment

• Payment must be made in full before production begins.
• After payment, the order becomes final and production is scheduled.
• Without full payment, no production or delivery will take place.

6. Delivery

• The average delivery time is 6–10 weeks, unless otherwise stated.
• Delivery times are indicative and not strict deadlines.
• Delivery takes place up to the first threshold of the delivery address.
• The customer is responsible for sufficiently accessible passage (stairs, lifts, doors).

7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customization Exception)

In accordance with Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Products manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or clearly intended for a specific person.

Since our products are produced to order, the right of withdrawal does not apply.

Cancellation or returns after ordering are not possible.

8. Cancellation

• Cancellation before production start: only possible if agreed upon in writing.
• Cancellation after production start: not possible.
• Any costs already incurred may be charged.

9. Warranty

• We offer a 2-year statutory warranty of conformity according to EU law.
• In addition, there is a 2-year manufacturer's warranty on construction and manufacturing defects.

Warranty does not apply to:

• Normal wear and tear
• Improper use
• Damage due to moisture, heat, or incorrect maintenance
• Damage occurring after delivery

10. Complaints & Damage

• Any damage or defects must be reported in writing within 48 hours of delivery.
• Reports must include clear photos.
• We will respond to complaints within 14 days at the latest.

11. Liability

Our liability is limited to the invoice amount of the relevant order, unless mandatory law dictates otherwise.

We are not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, or loss of profit.

12. Privacy & Data

Personal data is used exclusively for:

• Order processing
• Customer service
• Legal administration

Data will not be sold to third parties.

13. Applicable Law & Disputes

All agreements are governed by Dutch law.

Consumers can also submit disputes via the European ODR platform
